Recently had a horrible experience with another water company so I decided to try a local and family owned company. Much better experience switching over to Ward Water! They were friendly , communicative , confident in the systems in place and that they could make any necessary repairs / services, prices were transparent and fair. They did exactly what they said they would and made me feel confident they will provide great service in the future.

Ward Water installed a bubble up water purification system in our home in 2015. Adam at Ward Water has been winterizing it for us. The office is easy to schedule appointments with, and Adam does a superior job in the winterization and spring opening process. The company is very reliable, they come when they say they're coming.
