Ray appeared to be a kind older gentleman, and while I am sure he is, I won't be doing professional business with Master Repair Services again in the future. I was excited to have someone help us with our faulty stove burners and refrigerator icemaker. It turned out Ray was more interested in getting paid than he ever was in helping us. It took 160 dollars and a couple of minutes to tell us there wasn't actually a problem with our STILL malfunctioning stove (2 burners are heating intermittently and need repositiining and near constant jostling to work properly), and to disappear before fixing the icemaker in our fridge. A funny anecdote about that, he showed up to the house twice, the first to tell us the broken ranges were fine, second time to tell us he would need to order a part for the icemaker. He never sent the information to me to purchase the part or let me know how we were supposed to proceed to get the fridge fixed. I messaged him again after his second visit, but never received a response, so without any additional information, I assume he took the money and ran. Please give your business to a company that will deliver positive results and actually get the job done. Unfortunately, that is not MRS.
