AMC911 Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

We had a fantastic introduction to AMC911 through Edwin Ortiz. Edwin came out and listened to our concerns and patiently answered all of our questions. Though the one-to-one assessment was impressive, I was floored by the pre-work. We received an introductory call—which did not feel like another box being checked—and had the opportunity to share our issue over the phone. By the time Edwin and Jordan arrived, it felt as though they’d already been to our home. They navigated questions from our kids like family and stayed focused. Edwin, followed up with us as expected, but has taken the time to answer our follow-up questions and get us on the right path for our family. I highly recommend this close-knit team. I am a real estate consultant and have been for over 30yrs. I deal with inspectors and home inspections quite often. It doesn't take long to pick out the good ones from the not so good ones and I have to say Dan is one of the good ones. Dan was one inspector I felt comfortable giving our business to. He did a great job giving us the facts so we could make a decision. Dan seemed to be honest and was looking out for my clients best interest. I feel comfortable letting AMC911 and Dan handle this job for my client. Our house is in need of structural work so I had AMC911 come out and take a look. Robert Dale was the sales representative and upon further inspection it was determined that our crawlspace needed an immediate moisture control solution. Robert spent hours creating a detailed cad drawing of our home with all the pictures he collected and then fully went over my encapsulation options. Due to the presence of organic matter in the crawlspace, Robert recommended their anti microbial representative come out and take samples of the organic growth. For free they will tell you if it’s active or inactive, but we decided to pay for the full microbial report which identified the organic matter, and air samples were taken inside the house and in the crawlspace. They will be back upon encapsulation completion for after install air samples. We also went with the bora care mold treatment to kill all the mold under the house. We are currently awaiting installation and if the pictures of AMC911’s previous jobs is any indication of the quality of work I’ll receive I’ll be tickled pink. We are very excited to have our crawlspace sealed and working toward protecting our investment. We have a 5 month old so air quality and the organic growth concerns made this a no brainer and immediate need!! I wanted to thank Robert Dale for his thorough and detailed findings in our crawlspace and we look forward to our install in the coming weeks.
