My husband and I had Dell computers that were due to be replaced but we dragged our feet. Then my computer crashed while I was in the middle of a project. Took it in on a Saturday and they worked on it for several hours and got it back up and running. I decided to replace it and they are literally a one stop shop. Picked out a Dell replacement from them and made an appointment to bring mine back the following week. They transferred all the files and then came to my house to install it. I've been in sales for a long time, and always had a good computer supplied by the company. I recently retired (a bit early:)) and needed to get my own. I have always had good experience with Jason's, including when I purchased a big monitor for myself and a new computer for my wife over the last few years, so I went back. I told the crew at Jason's that I have fabulous photos that I want to work with on a computer as part of my new leisure time, so they asked questions and we talked about what I wanted.
