I don't know if he does a good job at repairing watches, since mine never got fixed after 7 months. I dropped it off last july and then waited. I never heard back from him and he never responded to the 3 voicemails I left. So today, after seven months , I went into the shop and retrieved the watch. He hadn't even started it.
Stopped in to look for some clock hands, left with a new brother! Also left with 3 clocks, I needed them desperately. Marshall was very helpful in searching for my needs, and we had a great conversation 👍 Prices were extremely reasonable and appreciated. Another gentleman/local customer was buying silver coins, and Marshall had many to choose from at great prices. This is a rare shop! Great experience!
Wow! This is the type of place I could just sit and hang out! Bill is so fast I had a bent watch hand and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes.Curt is awesome too very informative! If you have some old coins take it to him! Very friendly great vibes 2/5/25
I stopped by the shop this weekend to ask about two heirloom watches needing repairs. Bill was very receptive, professional, and kind, and he immediately looked them over to determine what was needed. One was a simple fix the other more complicated and would need more time. It was late in the day so I expected to drop them off and pick them up on another day. We barely had time to get to the next store before I got a call from him, and he had the one finished. What a wonderful shop. Bill is a rare craftsman with a vanishing skill, and a joy to deal with. I'd highly recommend Bill and this shop to anyone.
