Shane was an awesome help today. He made short work of our heating element and pulls system issue. Not only did he fix the problem he showed talked me threw everything he was doing and showed me how, why, and what causes these issues so I know how to diagnose or prevent them in the future. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in need. The experience and professionalism was tremendous. Thank you Shane for all your hard work and knowledge.

Technician-Andrew was efficient and professional. Our ice maker (7 year old refrigerator) was inoperable and his diagnosis was to replace the entire freezer door, per his experience and Kitchen Aid they recommend this very expensive replacement ($2k+). We obviously declined the repair and going forward Kitchen Aid and associated brands and products will not be in our consideration. In closing, Appliance Repair Service, Inc. was prompt (next day service) and easy to work with, they will continue to be our go-to company in the future. We only had to pay for the diagnostic test.
