I brought my high school violin in to sell. I wasn’t sure what it was worth, just how much I paid for it ten years ago. I read the reviews and seen that everyone said they were very fair when buying their used violins. I’d have to agree. It was quick and easy the gentlemen checked it out made me a more than fair offer and wrote me a check on the spot! Definitely recommend selling your old instruments here.
Mark Schwartz Violins does excellent restoration work. They took an old String Bass that I found in pieces and turned it into beautiful looking and sounding instrument. Friendly, knowledgable staff are happy to help you out. I could not be happier with my experience!
I had a cheap bass that was not even playable. I took it to Mark and Craig and they were knowledgeable and friendly. They got it tuned up and ready in two days! It plays better than anything I've ever experienced! Plus, they made me feel good about having a cheap instrument and recommended some beginner books for me to become a better player.
