Working with Ryan at Eldridge Services for our heating and AC has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. A fine young man came out to fix our A/C and I couldn’t be more impressed. He showed up quickly, assured me he would figure out what was wrong and he did. He fixed the issue efficiently and then took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand. He took time to make sure I felt confident using the thermostat and controls before he left. Professional, kind and genuinely respectful in my home. He is a great representative of his generation. Eldridge Service company was fast, reasonable, professional, good price and does nice work. My new system works fantastic. My heat pump died during the first freeze, I scheduled with them on a Friday and they had my new system up and running by Monday afternoon. I really appreciate that they didn't take advantage and oversell me on stuff I didn't need, other providers wanted to replace all my ductwork and one even wanted to cut attic access and blow insulation on top of HVAC and ductwork replacement. Eldridge was the only company that actually went under my house and looked at what is going on and said I'm good on ductwork, they see no reason it needs replaced at this time. It's hard to find an honest and trustworthy company around here and Eldridge Service Company is definitely a company I will recommend and go back to. Shout out to their techs Ian, Zach & TJ for professional work and good manners. Thank you to Gavin for being such a good and accommodating salesman! He was so kind and professional and even came back to talk to my grandparents when they asked to reassure them.
