Great costumer service since the minute we walked in. We were attended by Stephanie and she is very knowledgeable with all the products. We had a speedy delivery, the gentlemen (who happened to be the owner) was very professional and showed us exactly how to work our new fridge! I’ve purchased from Magnolia Appliances twice now, and each time the experience has been excellent. Today I picked up an LG washer and dryer set, and the team did a fantastic job with delivery and installation. The units are scratch-and-dent, but mechanically they’re in great condition. Mine came with barely any marks, and honestly, with how clumsy I am, I’d probably add those scratches myself anyway. The nice thing is you can go in store, see the exact units, and they’ll deliver the ones you choose—no surprises. Their customer service is top-notch. Communication is clear, they never pressure you, and they’re very knowledgeable about what they carry. The products themselves are the same models you’d find at major retailers like Costco, Lowe’s, or Home Depot—I looked up my LG set and saw it at Costco for comparison. Earlier this year, I bought a Bosch dishwasher from them (manufactured November 2024), and it’s been running beautifully ever since. That’s what gave me the confidence to come back for the washer and dryer, and I’m just as happy with this purchase. I’m a very satisfied repeat customer and already planning to return for a 4-door Samsung fridge. If you’re looking for great appliances, honest people, and smooth delivery/installation, Magnolia Appliances is the place to go.
