Outstanding Customer Service! The woman that I spoke with in the office (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch your name) was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Geno Luna (the technician) was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely professional. Thank you so much for all of your help Geno! Direct AC is top notch and I highly recommend them and their services to anyone who needs them. Thank you for fixing our A/C so quickly. Today Geno came out to take care of us and I am so pleased with the services. Geno is respectful, kind and caring. He took care of the issue right away.
