Great shop. They found and fixed issues with my vehicle that had gone unnoticed by my last mechanic. In this case we needed to get new breaks all around, and oil change. I found Torres Automotive to be highly competitive with pricing. Rudy was open and honest about what we needed and showed me the parts to be replaced and why it was necessary. We will be going back.
Very professional, and the advice about what types of repairs needed were on point. I really liked the way that they listened to the description of what we heard/felt as a way to diagnose the issue....and then provided the issues that needed attention to us. They didn't assume that we didn't know anything about cars, and in doing so showed their absolute master of their craft.
So, my check engine light went on. It was an issue with the catalytic converter. I took it in, sure enough they confirmed. I also had other work done to my car since it was already there. Super friendly staff, down to earth. Luis was so helpful and knowledgeable! Quick service and reasonably priced! If you don’t live too far from the shop they offer to give you a ride. Also, they do other services like drop off your car, which in my case was super convenient and helpful. They also offer a warranty, giving peace of mind and a variety of payment methods. Would definitely recommend. I will be going back for future services.
EXCELLENT customer experience. They are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and transparent. That was the biggest thing - we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. The shop provided pictures of issues, written out costs, and thorough explanations. We are so happy with our experience and will absolutely be back.
Hands down best auto shop I've gone to! Customer service is 10/10. They're so honest and show you everything and don't just do work without letting you know first. I always get the best service with a great price! They've got a loyal customer here.
