One Way Transmission

Honesty and integrity is what you'll find at this shop. I had a big transmission oil leak. My previous mechanic told me I needed a full transmission seal replacement. I took it to One Way since they could get me in earlier. They gave it a look over and told me that wasn't the problem. They could have lied and done the job and made some good money. Turns out the problem was something my original mechanic could have fixed under warranty for a repair he performed. I mainly dealt with Javier and he was very cool about the whole thing. I know where I'm going for my next service.

One way transmission is a Great place to have your transmission fixed or rebuilt. I checked with 6-7 different transmission places and I chose this one as they were about $600.00 less that the others. (Complete rebuild) they were also the furthest away from me. But worth it. They are in Riverside and I’m in Hemet. They also promised about a 5 day turnaround. ( can’t remember, but I got it back on the 5th day or the morning of the 6th). Other trans shops were promising 7-14 days. I was a little Leary, it’s a bit of a smaller shop. But that worked to my favor with personal service and a family feel. I dealt with Javier, who kept me informed every couple of days. The transmission has never been better. Strong, smooth and appears extremely reliable. Literally like the car was when it was brand new. They also have the best warranty. Most rebuild shops were 90 days or 6 months. One way’s is 1 year. Where they were most impressive is a few days later, I had a starting issue with my car. Javier did not even hesitate to say bring the car in and let us look at it. (Ended up being a starter issue and absolutely nothing to do with the transmission job). But, My point is they did not hesitate to help and proved they back up their work 100%.
