I ordered hardwood flooring from M&S flooring to be installed in two bedrooms in my home. The owner, Mahmoud, was very helpful throughout this process. The flooring in the rest of my home is no longer available, so it was tricky to match any new flooring with the existing hardwood. Mahmoud was very knowledgeable about the options and thoughtful about my concerns. The team that installed the flooring were also great. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when the project was done. I highly recommend M&S Flooring.
M&S Flooring helped me repair my laminate flooring when some boards were coming up. Their person showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and did an overall great job. They also helped me figure out where I could get additional laminate. I would definitely recommend them.
Three years ago, I made the significant decision to invest in new vinyl plank flooring for my second floor, a total of 1000 square feet. Entrusting this task to M & S Flooring Inc, I was led to believe that their materials were top-notch, and the $10,000 expense seemed justified for what I hoped would be a lasting improvement to my home.
Regrettably, my experience from start to finish has been fraught with issues, culminating in a situation that not only endangers my family's safety but has also left me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer.
The first issue emerged just days after installation. A ceramic tile near my bathroom was accidentally broken by the installers. Accidents happen, but the problem was in how they handled it - by poorly gluing the broken pieces back together without notifying me, leaving dangerously sharp edges exposed. It was only after I discovered this hazard myself and complained that they returned to properly fix it with a spare tile I fortunately had on hand.
Over the next three years, the floor's durability has been disappointing. Many grooves broke, planks separated, and in some areas, planks are bulging at the seams, indicating poor installation. I delayed addressing these issues, hoping they wouldn't escalate, but recently, a plank in the kitchen became a serious trip hazard, with its broken groove causing it to peel and separate dangerously. Concerned especially for the safety of my children, I reached out to M & S Flooring Inc, expecting them to honor their warranty.
After an unresponsive week to my texts, and only after I called, did the owner request all invoices to proceed with a warranty repair - an inconvenient and customer-unfriendly practice. Thankfully, I kept my invoices and provided them, only to be met with silence for two more weeks. Upon following up, I was promised a repair that never materialized until I pressed further. Finally, an installer was sent, only to inform me upon inspection that I would be charged for the repair. The owner, when called, refused to cover the costs under warranty.
The installer, sympathizing with my situation as I held my 2-month-old baby, kindly offered a temporary fix out of goodwill, acknowledging it would be a stopgap solution at best. Appreciating his honesty and understanding that this would not be a proper fix, I politely declined the offer. His willingness to help, despite not being compensated for his time, was a small beacon of kindness in an otherwise frustrating experience. Yet, it was clear that a lasting repair was needed, something that M & S Flooring Inc seemed unwilling to provide.
This entire ordeal with M & S Flooring Inc has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the initial mishandling of the broken tile to the final refusal to honor their warranty, their lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care has been evident. The dangers posed by the poorly installed flooring, compounded by their unwillingness to rectify their mistakes, have left me frustrated and disappointed.
I strongly advise against using M & S Flooring Inc for your flooring needs. Their failure to provide quality service and honor their warranty commitments has not only resulted in a hazardous living environment for my family but has also shown their disregard for customer satisfaction and safety.

Correct. I visited your store and because of the customer service I decided not to use your service. I live down the street in King Farm. I came in and your rep had a personal conversation with a friend for about 15 mins while I waited. He apologized after explaining that it was a friend he hadn't seen on a while. 3 stars is sufficient.
