Didn't get service from them because they don't do work on cold plunges, but their receptionist was so kind to give me recommendations for other places that do specialize in it right away. She was so kind and professional on the phone. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
Oliver did a great job. So did Nasser, on the followup. They repaired holes in ceiling wallboard, removed fixtures, patched holes, sanded, painted, and properly reinstalled fixtures.
Ernesto was very knowledgeable and explained the process well. He installed a new bathroom fan and put an inset light in the bathroom. He completed the work in a timely manner and it looks great.
I had a great experience with julio flores from ace handyman services and a pleasure to have him at my home! I had to purchase a new storm door I chose not to fix the old storm door! Julio had to be sent away until the new door was delivered! 2 days later I had the pleasure of Ernesto Rodriguez at my home to complete the installation of my door! He was very personable and professional and was able to complete the job thoroughly! I enjoyed his company as well ! I will certainly be calling Ace handyman services for all of my home repairs! Update: 10-29-25 Julio provided excellent service today! After arriving on-time, he efficiently installed 3 safety bars and replaced the sink faucet set in the bathroom. Thank you Rachel for scheduling within a day of our request for service day. We appreciate the flat rate charges for labor/craft work. 6-27-25 Thank you, Julio, for painting our small bathroom! It is beautiful. Julio, a multi-skilled craftsman, arrived exactly on time and went right to work. It was a pleasure working with Ace Handyman Services Rockville. From the beginning talking/emailing with Rachel, office manager, to excellent painting by Julio completed within 4 hours (including a trip to paint store). I also appreciated, the straightforward, explanation of flat rate charges for labor/craft work, materials, and service charge. Many thanks to all.
