Went to Ludwig Watch and Clock for the first time today. David looked over my wind up watch and got it working again. He was friendly, sincere, helpful, and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. I'll definitely be back with another watch. 👍👍
David was wonderful to work with. He restored a family heirloom watch in less time than anticipated, under the projected estimated cost and with beautiful workmanship. I am so grateful and pleased.
My husband took my watch here to be repaired and it came back in great working condition! My husband also mentioned that the service was exceptional (which means a lot coming from him; he doesn’t give compliments out lightly!) Happy to have my favorite watch back in action!
Brought 7 watches here of varying value. All of them needed batteries and some of them needed some additional work. Dave did an amazing job of getting them all back in service and treating all my watches with great respect whether it was a cheap one or a fancy one. I look forward to bringing in more of my collection so he can revive them also.
