Would be a zero star but unable to give that! Late February I contacted my home warranty, Select Home Warranty, for my broken cloths washer. They assigned Broadway Sales and Service to repair it. They came out on a Saturday to diagnose it and said they would send the home warranty an estimate. It took several phone calls to my home warranty, yes they also get a zero star, before they told me it was denied due to lack of info from Broadway. So after getting a supervisor at the home warranty involved I got it approved and they shipped me the parts Broadway quoted in March. I finally got a response from Broadway that what they shipped wouldn’t fix it and they didn’t know when they could come install it. A few weeks later I contacted Broadway again after getting no help from the home warranty and they gave me a day to come install it. I took the day off work and Broadway was a no show. They kept texting that their guy was on another job and this was at 5pm. No contact since but then I got an email from my home warranty to renew! Yeah that’s not gonna happen but I called them anyways. They informed me that Broadway has already been paid for the repair because their notes say the repair was completed. So from Feb 28th until today May 7th my washer is still broken!!! Oh yeah and since it’s been so long Select Home warranty wants me to paid a second service call fee!
