Josh was very informative and helpful, also a great guy to just talk to while we did some troubleshooting on my computer. My CPU was having some thermal issues and Josh was able to bring those down an average of 30 degrees Celsius! Highly recommend him if you need any PC help

I needed all the information off of one laptop transferred to another laptop. Josh did a great job completing that task. Part of my particular issue was getting my monogram machine to receive designs from the new laptop. He had the patience to stick with the task until it was working! I’m not all that knowledgeable about computers so it was wonderful to have him come to my house where the computer and the monogram machine “live”! He is available for further questions or to return if I get stuck! using Josh was a good decision.

Josh is amazing at his job and of amazing help, especially today where when I needed to get a second drive added to my computer, I had not the slightest idea how to do it, and he handled it all really easily and efficiently. He showed me how to work with that second drive and how to get things set up. I could not ask for someone better to help me. Anyone else I would go through would take months and the responses are always slow. I know who I am going through from now on. I really must recommend Josh.
