We had a pair of Bernhardt mitt chairs reupholstered at Upholstery Unlimited, and they did an amazing job. They were incredibly patient throughout the process, especially since it took us a while to choose the right fabric. They were very accommodating and kept offering great fabric options based on our preferences. We ended up selecting a fabric they had in stock, and it was the perfect choice—it works really well with our space. The level of detail and craftsmanship they put into their work is truly impressive—they even recreated the handles on the back of the chairs, and they look exactly like the originals. Their entire team is knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful. I highly recommend them!

I had an amazing and hassle-free experience with this company. They were completely honest and transparent about their work, and they really stood by their integrity. I had a large chaise upholstered, and the manufacturer made a mistake cutting the fabric. Instead of just finishing it and leaving me with a bad product, they called me and expressed their concern before they completed it. They even gave me the chance to pick another fabric so they could do it right. And guess what? The final product was even better than our first choice!
