Very disappointed with the service and the communication. Technician or the company don’t respond on timely manner. First the technician came and said the range just needs cleaning and started cleaning without even telling me how much it would cost. After the job just asked me for the payment. This didn’t resolve the issue and I tried explaining through videos to avoid any experiments to fix the issue. The technician just showed up again to look at the issue and said he would text me the details and the cost to fix the issue which I still haven’t received . In short my problem still remains the same and I am soo frustrated as getting no proper answers with details.

We were very satisfied with the service that was provided by Live Appliances Repair Service(LARS). My LG refrigerator stopped working and after speaking with the horrible LG customer service who did inform me that my compressor needed to be replaced based on the symptoms I described and that they could have a tech at my home in 6 days to complete the replacement and since the compressor was still under the ten year warranty I would only be charged a flat rate for the repair. LG did say that if any other parts or repairs were needed it would be covered under the flat rate. That was great but I was not available on day 6 so I called LARS and Spoke with Russell and informed him of my situation. He not only was available the same day but also stated that he would have all the needed parts with him to compete any needed repairs. Russell texted me when he was in route with an arrival time and was on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had all the parts on his vehicle to complete the repairs, cleaned the area and provided tips on future maintenance. I need to add that I paid for the repairs including for a new replacement compressor that was under warranty. Russell spoke with LG and provided them a list of the parts required to complete the repair and they sent them to his business office and upon receipt LARS immediately reimbursed me the cost of the parts. Great Service and yes I would recommend and use them again if needed.

From the start, he was professional, courteous, and trustworthy. Russell took the time to explain what had gone wrong and why a valve replacement was needed. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was—it made me feel confident in his recommendations. The part we needed arrived quickly, and he returned as soon as it was in to finish the job efficiently. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. After my fridge stopped working following a power outage, Russel came immediately and diagnosed the problem as a faulty inverter box. He not only fixed the issue within 45 minutes but did so just in time before my son’s birthday party, when we were expecting guests.
