Somerset Appliance Repair Pros

I went to Somerset Appliance Repair Pros for home appliance service because of all the positive feedback I had received from family and friends. This company left a great impression on them and eventually impressed me as well. They fixed my dishwasher quickly and the price was easy on the checkbook. Their technicians do it all and they do it right.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I hired this company to repair my dishwasher, and the technician (Will) told me the part would arrive within 3–4 business days. After waiting a full week with no update, he stopped responding to my text messages altogether. Then, out of nowhere, I received a call from the company saying he was no longer able to fix it. This was completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. I expected clear communication and follow-through, but unfortunately, I got neither. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Very Very Bad Service Provided. I hired them for the issue i had with the Induction Cook top, It was giving me Error, The Error was Left burner was not working. I knew it from the Beginning. The Technician came to my House and try to fix it, he worked on it for 15 Mins and was not able to fix it and he charged me 80$ for the services and told me Next time he wont charge any service fees. Somerset Appliance Repair Pros sent me a very reliable technician who worked on my old refrigerator. I thought it was irreparable, but this team was able to fix it. It was not cooling enough but now it works smoothly. If it causes trouble in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company again for fridge repair.
