I urgently needed a replacement part for my dryer and contacted Redmonds. From the start, they were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring, and let me know the part would be ready between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. the following day. At 10:07 the following morning, they called to let me know the part was already ready. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Redmonds for their excellent service and reliability.

Tremendous customer service and helpful tips for DIY project. Shocked how friendly three employees were to me today for the total sale of a $6 part . I felt like I was in my father‘s hardware store, how professional, courteous and helpful they were. Very rare in today’s world.
