Concrete Refresh - NJ Epoxy Flooring

Used concrete refresh to self level my basement floor. The floor was better in some areas but a lot worse in other areas. Put LVC down and can feel all the unleveled areas. I have a door that I I had to cut so much to get it to open properly because the floor Is so unleveled. Had the guys back a second time to check areas but obviously didn’t take the time to check everything out. Getting the area leveled wasn’t cheap either. He was the highest estimate I got too so I thought he would’ve done the best Job.
