Update: I was able to get ahold of the manager (he had Covid which is why I didn’t hear from him right away) and after a few days they sent someone back out to re-assemble the dryer to its original condition. They cleaned the grate which is what they were called out to do initially. The entire problem seemed to be the result of a communication barrier which was easily remedied with the use of a translator app. Communication was smooth with the assistant of the app. The technician did clean work and was polite. I’m happy with the results. THE NEGATIVE PORTION OF THIS REVIEW WAS DUE TO A COMMUNICATION BARRIER. THE TECH WAS SKILLED AND PROFESSIONAL AND DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO RIGHT THE SITUATION. Previous Review: Something melted in my dryer and I called to have the grate replaced or repaired/cleaned. He insisted that there was something wrong with my heating element because he couldn’t get the dryer to warm. I know the dryer was working fine because I called him because the plastic melted on to my warm clothing out of the dryer. But he kept trying to use the sensor feature without wet clothing in the drum. I told him he would have to use time dry setting. I went into another room for 20 mins and came back to my entire dryer being dissembled.

The technician Andrew provided prompt and efficient service to my oven. I was impressed by his professionalism, as he wore shoe gloves during the entire service. Moreover, he clearly explained the issues with my oven and had the necessary replacement parts readily available, eliminating the need for a second appointment.
