Great communication, I was always receiving phone calls and pricing with their findings as the process was moving forward. One thing lead to another with my vehicle issues but they were quick and efficient and got the issues fixed. Noah specifically was very good to work with and communicated very well. Immediately after Lincoln Repair had put in a new CV Axle - I drove back to the Northwest - about 1400 miles in severe wind, snow and rain - and everything held up. There were no bad vibrations in the front axle or steering wheel. Kudos for doing an exceptional job. The Sienna went through a severe test and handled it very well. 5 Stars isn't enough! This is, without a doubt, the best car repair experience I've ever had. Their honesty goes such a long way—it's truly impressive. They even took the time to personally walk me back to my car and show me everything in person, explaining the repairs clearly. The whole team at Lincoln Repair was very helpful! Their honesty and reliability is top notch! They got my vehicle in the same day as I called and had brake rotors and brake pads replaced same day, as well as tires rotated and balanced. The free diagnostic test is also a bonus and they didn't stop until they found and fixed what was causing the issue. Very friendly, prompt service! Would highly recommend!
Customer service is top-notch! Yesterday, I was pulling my fifth wheel camper when my 2016 Ford F150 went into limp mode. I called a local dealer, but they couldn’t look at it until Monday. We were planning a four-hour trip to Yankton, SD for a mini getaway with the family—which seemed out of the question at that point. I called Lincoln Repair while trying to get the camper back home to disconnect it, and they said they could take a look as soon as possible. This was already 12:30 PM. I dropped it off, and they examined it and explained the issue. They were honest about the price and never pressured me. Honestly, the price was lower than any Google search results for fixing the problem. They had it repaired by 5:30 PM, right before closing. I was nervous about the four-hour drive while towing the fifth wheel, but the service tech and front office staff reassured me that the problem was completely fixed! I can say we made it to Yankton and are now enjoying our mini getaway! Thank you, Lincoln Repair! Bonus: The work that was done comes with a three-year warranty on both parts and labor!
