Salespeople were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable of their products and recommendations. 9/ 2024. Our windows were completed in a timely manner. I inspected the work completed and found 2 window frames that weren't caulked on the bottom. Indoors a picture inadvertently left on the wall close to a replaced window was knocked down and broken during the process. We were never informed of the broken picture, Instead found it on the floor. I informed the company a d the salesman told me he would bring it up with his supervisor. I didn't hear from him for 3 days. I reminded him 2 more times of the broken picture and sent him a text with a picture of the broken picture. In my perspective, 3 times/ strikes you are out. I never heard from them and quit following up. This poor professionalism and business conduct is unacceptable. Caution in dealing with House of Glass.

Called this company to fix a damaged bracket on my garage door, the service person informed us that they did'ent have the parts to fix it but would make inquires as to who could fix it and call us back, still waiting for that call a month later. They then proceed to service the door without consulting us and billed us for it. I later discover who installed the door and that company came and fixed the damage for less than house of glass charged us to service it.
