I don't leave reviews, but the workers here were lovely. I can't recommend this place enough. I won't go into the full story, but the gentlemen I dealt with that work here were very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. It wasn't just one of the workers, but all of the folks I dealt with. I needed my phone fixed twice within ten days, and they even stayed an hour after closing to help me with my data transfer, and then they didn't charge me for that second fix. If you have to spend money to get a device repaired, this is unequivocally where you should go.

I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to share my wonderful experiences with Lightning Repairs! After spilling significant amounts of liquid on my Macbook Air on two separate occasions (whoops), the team at Lightning Repairs had my laptop up and running the very next day both times I brought it in - super helpful for a busy college student like myself! I'm beyond impressed at the quality of their liquid assessment/clean up service in that my laptop is still functioning today despite those (very substantial) spills! I really appreciated how the individual working on my device called me after the assessment was done (within hours of drop off) and thoroughly explained the options I had. At pickup, they showed me images of the inside of the laptop, patiently explained all the parts that were damaged, and discussed the impact that would have on the functionality of my device. All in all I have been consistently happy with the services I've received at Lightning Repairs and would highly highly recommend!
