Our experience working with the Sun-Ray foundation repair team was an extremely positive experience. We had a sagging floor due to a main beam support in our crawl space sinking into the ground along with insulation needing removed from a different section due to moisture. They shored up the sagging floor with I beams placed on each side of the room containing our furnace, hot water heater and water softener then repaired the main beam support. We had mold remediated and a moisture barrier installed. Lexy was great to work with, was open to flexible scheduling that worked with our schedule. The initial team performing inspection / evaluation was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I especially appreciated the lack of high pressure sales techniques. The team took pictures of what they found while providing details of how they were going to fix the issues and left it up to us to decide what we wanted completed if we chose not to complete the entire list. They were prompt and courteous. Team lead on the job, Ricardo, participated in the initial inspection which I felt was comforting knowing that he had eyes on the scene before arriving to start the project. Once the project started he and Diego were rock stars, arriving promptly on time each morning spending 2 1/2 days completing the project while providing updates throughout as needed. We are very appreciative of Ricardo and Diego's effort and we highly recommend the Sun-Ray foundation repair team for crawl space repair.
