Grand Appliance and Tv

My wife and I decided to purchase a particular model of an all in one washer dryer so we drove around town to various retailers who carry that product. Our son had referred us to this store because he was pleased with the business he has done here in the past (he owns multiple rental properties so he purchases appliances frequently). Turns out Grand Appliance was our last stop - we bought the item on the spot. Allison (Store Manager/Sales rep) was truly delightful. Patient, kind, knowledgable, and thorough are words I would use describe her. This was the first time we met her and her attention to exceptional customer service was immediately noticeable; especially compared to the other locations we had shopped earlier in the morning. As a retired military member, I really appreciated the military discount she happily offered. Even though the store policy offers price match, it was not needed since our base purchase price was already significantly lower than other retailers (the washer/dryer, warranty, install/delivery, pedestal were all individually lower in cost) and they have a in house service department - which was an important consideration for us! Pleasure doing business with Grand Appliance (and Allison in particular)!

My sale associate,Evan was super patient and nice. He walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. I came away feeling really good about my purchase and even received a call with a delivery update. The delivery guys were wonderful. Wiped their feet,were quick but deliberate and ran the quick cycle in my washer before they left so that it would be ready to use. Also,with delivery and the warranty,it was the best value after all of my searching. I highly recommend.

We've purchased many appliances over the years from this location of Grand Appliance, most recently our washer, from Blaine. Their prices are competitive. I was able to research on their website a washer that would fit in our tight space and still fit large blankets. The washer was delivered on time and professionally installed. So far, I am happy with it's performance. Blaine wasn't pushy and very helpful. I recommend buying the Allstate extended warranty as we have had good luck with Allstate replacing a refrigerator in the past. Grand gives you 50% of the premium back as a store credit if you don't use it. We have purchased 2 ranges, a refrigerator and dishwasher as well. We have always had great customer service. We like actually having a show room where you can see what you've researched online.
