Grand Appliance and Tv

Got a new washer from Grand Appliance. Opted to have them install the new one and haul away the old. The crew was polite, on time, got to work right away, and quickly got the new washer installed and tested to make sure everything works. Shopped around and grand appliance was the best deal for the service. Other places charge up to $100 to remove the old appliance, it was only $40 through these guys. Appliance price was competitive to other stores in the area.

The appliance purchase process has been flawless. Our salesman, Jim, was amazing to work with and ensured we had everything we needed. He responded quickly when I had questions. The delivery/install crew were wonderful! Steve and Adam were friendly, cautious, and very professional. Grand communicated every step. I highly recommend Grand Appliance. Our appliances are gorgeous. We are very happy with Grand.

Jim was the sales person on my purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Jim answered all my questions and then some. First time in your store, first time purchase.i was impressed with the appearance of the store, clean and well laid out showroom. Customers are given lots of variety to choose from. LJHF, I bought a refrigerator today from Andrew in Lafayette, IN. He was a knowledgeable young man who helped me buy the fridge that suited my needs. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He is a valuable asset to your company. On 1/13/26 my new refrigerator arrived. Gage, Will, & Reese were all extremely informative. They came - removed my old refrigerator and brought in my new one. It was setup & leveled. These men were really great. I've never seen something moved with straps. It was awesome! Grand Appliance delivered where others couldn’t! Originally, I ordered an appliance package from Lowe’s for a flip that I was doing on an upstairs condo. Lowe’s delivery contractor came and they said the refrigerator weighed over 500 pounds and they couldn’t get it up the stairs. I called Lowe’s Lafayette and they were surprised what I was told as the refrigerator weighed 217 pounds. I went in and met with Jim Fogarty the manager at Grand Appliance Lafayette and he got me the identical appliance package with a range and washer with advanced features for the same price and delivered within days keeping my real estate listing on track.
