I recently wanted to upgrade my washer and dryer to the iconic Speed Queen brand. In Lafayette, you have two options. Beeson’s Paula was very knowledgeable of their product line and accommodating with my schedule. Upon delivery, it was discovered the dryer was damaged and the crew quickly communicated back to the store to find another. Just a few hours later they returned with a perfect dryer! They were incredibly polite and respectful in removing my old appliances from the basement and getting the new ones in place. Speed Queen prices are set by the manufacturer but Beesons provided the “extras” that made my choice of where to buy simple!

We appreciate Beeson’s! It is nice to have a local owner and staff available that are the same people at the time of sale and service! They are fair with price matching and we really like the fact they can service the items right here in town. They even helped me determine a dishwasher issue based on the code, helped me find the part locally and even explained how to do the repair myself. I can’t stress how much we appreciate the complete partnership with Beeson’s and it is all thanks to Lori and her amazing staff. Cody was very helpful in swapping a fridge out so we got the right type and fit for our garage. Anthony was amazing helping me solve my dishwasher issue same day and I fixed it myself thanks to his advice. Great job team! Give them a try and you will be glad you did!
