Sit down and let me tell ya’ll a story… Woke up one morning, wife’s first day of work at her new job, was basically like any other morning for me… Through the grogginess and morning head fog I hear my wife say the most disastrous 3 words I could hear in the morning “There’s no water!”. So I then proceed to spend the next several hours and $100 trying to diagnose the problem. After several trial and error fixes and testing circuits, I eventually came to the conclusion that I was going to need a professional. So I called the number on my control box (if you don’t know what I’m talking about then you definitely need to call these guys). I was able to get ahold of Paul (who was heading to his next job) and was able to setup an appointment for a few days later, he did reassure me that if something opened up I would be priority since I had absolutely no water… Maybe 10 minutes later I get a call from my new hero Jose who says he will be at my house in less than hour. My man Jose came in on his DAY OFF people, to help a complete stranger in need! Mind you he had very little information to go for how long this job could take also. Jose was awesome, this man worked harder than I could have ever expected and took the time to explain what exactly was wrong how he was going to fix and gave me some extremely helpful advice about maintaining my well system. You want something done right and with professionalism ask for JOSE!! I can tell you whatever Jose is making it ain’t enough! Thank you Life Water and thank you Jose, you saved the day!
