We experienced a broken shackle on our two-axle fifth wheel while driving through Santa Fe on I-84. After discovering the issue while I was getting fuel at a truck stop, we found Ruben through Google search. He arrived promptly within 20 minutes and installed four new beefier shackles in approximately three hours. What impressed us most was his professionalism and resourcefulness - when one bushing didn't fit perfectly, he had the right equipment to modify it properly.
