Responding to their response below: #1 ... you're lying. While you may have recorded the phone call, it was not ME that called, but my wife. I HOPE customers call and ask to listen to the recording, because before my wife finished a sentence, the secretary was unhinged!! There are literally 50 reviews saying the same thing we are. I think the reviews speak for themselves. #2 ... work with Whirlpool to correct your issues. If we're told YOU are coming because Whirlpool sets up the appt., why would we have reason to doubt them? We take time off of work to meet the service provided and then they don't show. Are you telling me, Whirlpool does not contact you after they schedule a service appt? If you received something from them, contact the customers that are NOT in your "service area" and tell them you're not coming. #3 ... on YOUR website, it says Wayne County is a service area. False advertising? Might want to correct that. #4 ... best of luck in the future. Sure hope you clean up some business practices.
