Great body work and clean car when returned. Communication could’ve been a little better by calling customers when you are going past promise dates. I was not upset over going past the dates but I was frustrated when I called in to check and the lady answering the phone seemed confused. She said it has not been assigned to a tech yet. I asked how long before getting it back because the promise date was 2 days before I called. Unable give me any idea what was happening. No explanation of what happened until I called back and got someone else on the phone. Overall very pleased with the work.
