Wow! I do not recommend this place. They still have my car and it has been 2 and 1/2 months. They called me and said my car was ready so I went to pick it up. Paid my deductible and went out to go home and it was not done hood still had scrunched spots with missing paint and many other things not done had a 1/2 or larger gap from hood to front of car. When I went back in they said my insurance wouldn't pay. I call my insurance and they said the hood replacement was I. The estimate that they approved and the other items just needed to be submitted as additional and they would cut a check. Which the garage submitted and within 2 days they sent the check for the additional items I thought they would be a good place to get my car repaired because they repair sheriff's vehicals but that is not the case. Everytime I would call for an update they would give me the run around Luke parts we're accidently put in for pick up instead of delivery or owner had to go to the ER because a rotor fell on his foot or the owner is sick or the owners whole family is sick. . .

I was traveling out of town From Virginia Beach to visit my sister and unfortunately put a hole in my oil pan while leaving the area. I was supposed to be home to work and they got my car in and fixed that day. They even stayed late to make sure I got it back so we could get home. We drove home the next morning and my car ran great and there were no issues. Wish I had a mechanics shop in my home town like this one. Highly recommend. Fast and excellent customer service.
