We received a call back almost immediately, sent a photo of the pin hole leak that was spraying water, and Travis was in the area and here within 1/2 hour. , Another half hour and the problem was fixed. Great job. Great service. Nice guy.
I just found out today that the plastic pipes Josh used on my hot water tank are not up to code. Imagine the disappointment. I wouldn't ordinarily write a review but, I've had to call twice for problems and lets just say that Josh should not be in the service business. After finally asking Travis to come himself the issues were addressed. 3000 cash to have pipes replaced. I sure hope they are all done properly.
Legacy Plumbing and Heating originally did some maintenance repairs in my home. Unrelated to the work they did, I have since needed 2 emergency repairs and chose them again. The service and work provided by Legacy Plumbing consistently exceeded my expectations . They are prompt, dependable and trustworthy!!
