Came into the shop because I needed a specially tiny screwdriver to replace the battery on one of my devices. Ken was super helpful! Not only did he let me borrow the tool, but he also spent 20+ minutes, at the end of his day, helping me get the battery into place. He has also installed an extra hard drive on my computer in a previous occasion. 10 out of 10 would recommend for your computer/tech needs.

I had Ken put together a gaming rig for me. He kept me informed during the process, called to verify my preferences for aspects of the build, did an excellent job, and did it quickly. Well worth the reasonable fee.
