Called Jason two weeks ago for my washer that was not working. I was so excited he was able to come the same day I called since he was in the area. The main board needed to be replaced, he gave me three options and I chose the supplier with the quickest turnaround, which was the following Wednesday. The part was $200 and I paid him half plus the service appointment of $85, $185 total. He said he could come back Friday, great! Friday comes and no call and no show. I called, he picked up and then hung up on me. I called again and left a message. No word for a couple of days so I called again, another message, no response. Living with two kids as a single mom, I needed it fixed. So I ordered the part myself, another $200, and installed it myself. I don’t recommend him and would advise you do your own research and save yourself some money and frustration. Wish there was a zero star option. Update: Jason reached out to me and apologized. He also gave me a full refund for both the service appointment and part. I truely appreciate his wanting to make things right and taking responsibility for his mistake. I have changed my rating to reflect the resolution. Thank you very much, Jason!
