Josh and Tasha were absolutely phenomenal. They were able to get me in for a diagnostic within minutes of calling the shop and I was able to come back early the next day to have my rotor and brake pads fixed. Josh was very knowledgeable and knew instantly what my issue was when he inspected it. They were very helpful and worked with me on such a short notice to get me taken care of and I am completely thankful and appreciative. This will certainly be the first place I think of for all of my car needs. I hope they know how much it meant to me for them to take care of me the way they did when life can be so hard at times. Brought in some breakfast for the crew to also showcase my appreciation for how outstanding everyone was. Thank you!! — Below is how damaged my brake pads and rotors were. Josh educated me on how normally I would’ve known a head of time of needing new brake pads when a piece on the brake pads gets lower towards the rotor that I would have heard a screech noise. Unfortunately that piece on my brake pads was damaged so I never knew how far gone my brake pads were. I could smell it burning as I was driving to the shop. They fixed me up just in time. Appreciative of how informative he was and took the time to explain that to me and show me the damage and how bad it was. Tasha was so sweet and supportive during this time for me and value that in people who run a business.
