DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They will damage your vehicle and then say that they are not responsible for the damages. Single women beware, they will treat you like you are ignorant. Got the brakes replaced there and the brakes were making a strange sound. They refused to look at it and stated that the sound would eventually stop. The sound hasn't stopped yet. They are rude and clearly have incompetent management and mechanics/technicians.
I'm happy to report that I had a great experience with Eastwood Auto. I had the clutch go out on my car. They were upfront with a good and fair estimate and had my car ready to go in a couple of days. When I wasn't able to get a ride to pick up my car, they were good enough to send someone after me to take me to the shop.
I took my vehicle in one morning at the spur of the moment. I was asked to leave the vehicle and they got me fixed up before the end of the day. My car drives great. They were very professional and provided great customer service. Although I'm not going to like it when I have to (keep my fingers crossed that I won't anytime soon), I will definitely be going back!
