I purchased two tires from Discount Tires of PineBluff. One of the tires had a hole in it. First of all, the owner is an elderly man and he informed my husband that his helper wasn’t available and he couldn’t put the tires on my vehicle after we purchased the tires. So my husband and I went to another tire company and had the tires put on. So we drove about 50 miles to our daughters house and around 10 pm we went to vehicle to leave and I noticed the tire pressure light was on and I immediately checked the tire pressure and it was 17 psi. So we drove to a nearby gas station and put air in the tire. So while driving about 70 miles to our house the tire pressure was dropping slowly. The next morning the pressure was extremely low, so my husband drove it to a nearby shop and put more air in it. We drove it back to discount tires in PineBluff and informed the owner about the problem and he told us he couldn’t fix it or give us another tire because someone else had mounted it and put it on our vehicle. So we had to spend an extra $22 to get It repaired by the company that put the tires on. We returned to the company with the proof showing the repairs for the bad tire asking for reimbursement however, the owner told us, “How do I know the tire wasn’t punctured after you left”..By the way, this is our second time buying tires from this company and he couldn’t mount and balance each time. We didn’t experience any problems the first time. My suggestion for customers do not purchase tires from this company if they can’t put them on your vehicle because you will be very disappointed.
