Been here twice so far, ... both times beat my budget estimate. Both times received "door handle" wiping service. If the dealership is a hospital, this place is a family doctor. Even clip back my wheel fender clips, that big box dealership and two shops never even cared to do. Got me back spraying , digging, and dropping hazard lights on'em. 💪😎💪
I went here to get a wheel alignment done. When it was completed, I had a strong suspicion that nothing was actually done on my car. I brought my car to pep boys to get the alignment done again. Pep boys printed a report of the before and after of my wheel alignment and it said that my wheels were not aligned, so my suspicions were true and I wasted my money going to Lane to get my vehicle serviced.
I have had three vehicles serviced at this facility, and each experience has been exceptional. Mr. Cleave, the supervisor, consistently demonstrates outstanding professionalism and customer service. I intend to continue utilizing their services as long as this high standard of customer care is maintained.
