Lady at the front was super helpful. We told her the Check Engine Light code and she told us she wasn’t even going to take us in so to not waste our time/money and pointed us in the right direction of a shop who was more specialized in the work we needed. Super grateful

Today I was helping a person change a tire and the provided jack was not getting the job done. I ran here and spoke with Green who provided me with different options he had to assist me and I was ultimately able to help the gentleman change his tire. I really appreciate their trust and kindness.

The staff was extremely nice. I sat there from 8 am to 12. It was told to me that it would take about an hour and half (fix a stud on rear passenger side) and was told with parts and labor it would be 100 dollars (after I was told 90 by the place that sent me to them), then it went to 102, then the wrong part was in the system so they kept trying to find another one. Finally after 4 hours of waiting, it got figured out. Then I get told it would now be 125 dollars because they had to get the part from the dealership. Just ready to get out of there, I just paid. I think after 4 hours of waiting, they could have at least kept with the 100 dollar price. The staff kept me updated with what was going on. But overall was not very impressed. Definitely felt like I was getting screwed around a bit.

I have gone to Hinson Tire & Auto with several of my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I always know that I can count on them to get my issues resolved quickly and efficiently without trying to hassle me like some places around town. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done for me with my vehicles. I can definitely say that I am a loyal customer to this business. I recommend anyone looking for honest and reputable service to make this your first and last stop!
