They came out same day during the winter to look at my furnace during business hours and didn't charge a surge price. Daniel M was very helpful from diagnosing and showing me the problem to helping me think through scenarios for repair/replace. He went above and beyond providing a lot of info to help me understand my HVAC system and I was only charged the fee for visit/diagnosis. Very very happy with the service!
Aladdin heating and cooling did an outstanding job installing our new air conditioning unit! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and top-quality. Jeff explained everything and provided the quote before hand. On the day of installation, Technician arrived on time, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. The workmanship was excellent, and they left the area spotless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, quality , expert installation work!
My experience with Aladdin was outstanding from beginning to end. Our 33 year old furnace had seen better days. Our salesman Jeff offered options and explained the equipment and pricing in an easy to und way without pressuring us. Zack and the installation crew were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I felt they went over and above with not just what they were doing but with the quality of their work.
Had Jeff come in from Aladdin, he was the only representative/advisor that used true calculations and math to figure out what size furnace was needed. He even spotted MAJOR issues with our current system and warned us about potential issues. After I discussed everything with my GF pricing and what was included it was down to Aladdin and one other company. In the end we went with Aladdin, the install was 2 days later and took roughly 6.5hrs the 2 men crew was fantastic!!! Very professional Very Clean and extremely Respectful. We didn’t have plans to replace our 21 year old furnace but it was to a point where we couldn’t wait/afford to wait an... Our furnace stopped working tonight when the temperature outside was 10 degrees. After hours staff connected us to Curt, who came out within an hour and resolved within 30 minutes. He then took the time to teach us what to do. Aladdin was by far the most affordable, friendly and best costumer service. Will call them again!
