Lake-Aire Auto Service Inc

I brought our van in to get the power steering fixed, it was leaking and we couldn't steer. **I noted on a card when I dropped it off, to also do an oil change and check some codes. After 2 weeks, I came back to inquire/pick up (I was never notified )the van or should I say inquire what was up??. I was then given a $200 plus bill for an oil change and the diagnosing of the codes. ?? I asked about the power steering, (the steering was almost impossible to steer) he asked me if I could bring it back, I told I can't steer it. (I left it there) He then made appointment with me for a week later. I eventually got it back, I ended up paying just under $700 and waited almost a month to get it. "For a new power steering line." ? Not sure if I had stupid marked on my forehead or he just didn't like me? It was kind of weird. Unbelievable situation.

We can from out of town, not knowing anyone about anything.... Earlier...2 hours out of Oshkosh, our truck broke done, AAA was great to have, the Towing company, O'Connelly Body Shop in Neillsville, WI was a HUGE help and accommodated (along with our AAA plan to tow it all the way to Oshkosh). We "Yelped" Lake Aire and saw the 5 start ratings, and boy were those past ratings correct! They fit us in and got the job done. We are forever grateful and blessed for this experience. I highly recommend them. Very personable and kind. I feel like we made new friends :)
