There’s a reason this is the top rated repair shop in Oshkosh. They treat everyone like a family member, they are a shop of integrity and stand behind their reputation, they Are fairly priced in comparison to competitors even though they will pick up and deliver your vehicle(I’m sure they have a mileage limit but cmon that’s service). The Auto Authoriy should be your first choice for any repairs or basic maintenance on your vehicle

So easy to work with and the people are so nice. I love that I can drop my vehicle off and they'll give me a ride back home. Later, they drop my vehicle off too. Updates, questions and payments are done over texts and calls. Recently, I had a headlight out. They got me in right away and fixed it within an hour. Recommend their services to anyone.

They have been so helpful to us a few times already. Super friendly customer service, Emily was sure to stick her neck out to ensure we got the best price possible. Brian was great too, the whole team only produces quality. So glad we chose them to fix our alternator, it was less than 24 hours and we had our vehicle back.
