Absolutely awesome!! Alex was fast to get me a quote, fast to get my car in, fast to get the work done, AND cost me HALF as much as the dealership was going to charge me (as well as undercutting all other shops I got quotes from by hundreds). Not only was he quick and incredibly reasonable, he was super friendly, easy to communicate with, and HONEST! My dad (who is a mechanic but not running a shop any longer) initially tried to help me with my vehicle, but after a small part replacement that didn't fix the issue, he wanted me to get it diagnosed at the dealership since they would have more experience with my vehicle make and model. Turns out, it was a rare issue to see and the part my dad replaced was part of the issue, but not the whole problem. When Alex did the work, he noticed that this part seemed fine and did the rest of work needed, deciding to see if this part would really need to be replaced or not. I would've believed him if he had said it was faulty/needed to be replaced (it didn't fix anything when my dad replaced it, so for all I knew, it was a faulty part). He saved me an extra $100 just being honest. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here and know where I'll be going for any future work needed on my car. This was a great experience and Arden's/Alex has earned my trust! Betsy the Beetle is once again her badass self, thanks to Arden's!
