Took a chunk out of my tire and tore up my rim, broke my suspension bringing it into the shop. Got the car back with a worse noise than I brought it in with, had to take it elsewhere to someone more trustworthy and turns out Victor Jr who worked on my car here didn’t tighten the bolts, there was also a missing bolt and he replaced it with a random bolt from a Camry getting worked on when asked about it, not the same bolt that came on my car. When I came back to try and work something out with them they blamed the tire damage on the tow truck chain, admitted to breaking the suspension on the way in the shop and tried to push back on the fact that he did not tighten the bolts. When I asked for the camera footage to prove their story about my tire they don’t want to provide it, no surprise there. Save your self some stress and hundreds of dollars of repairs you didn’t even need in the first place and take your money SOMEWHERE ELSE.
