I went in to get my iPad fixed after my charger melted into the charging port. Jon was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He had my iPad fixed in less than five minutes! I’ll definitely be recommending this place and coming back with all my devices.
This store is definitely “just what the neighborhood needs “ the owner is a young business owner, who really cares about his brand! He completed an IPad repair for my grandson’s IPad, and In return only asked for this review. I’m sure every repair won’t be free, but it’s good to know if he charges you, he’s being fair!
I went to Your Phone Matters thinking my iPhone needed a new battery. As soon as I walked in, Jon greeted me and ran a quick check—turns out, the battery was in great shape and had good voltage. Instead of upselling me, he gave me honest advice and recommended a new 20-volt charger. I ended up getting the charger block, the wire, and even a phone case—all for an amazing price. Super helpful, honest, and professional. Highly recommend!
