Kopp's Carpet & Decorating

We recently had the Kopps Team to replace carpet in our home. First of all Mike Cox was excellent. Punctual, follow up was perfect and scheduling was easy with the project. Our install day couldn’t have been a worse weather day with 5” of snow. They still made it out and the install team was incredibly committed to a perfect install and making sure that nothing was drug into the house with the weather. The install was quick and they did a great job. Would use them again without a second thought. Wish there were more contractors out there with the homeowner interest always at the forefront. We could not have had a better experience than we had with Kopp’s. It was so refreshing to have someone like Claire understand our budget and needs and not try to put us in something that was not the right fit. Claire also made sure that the pricing was competitive with big box stores despite getting us into a much higher quality product. The installers were all extremely professional, met our every intricate ask, and did an AMAZING job! We will be back. If you are in the market for flooring in the KC area definitely do not pass on Kopp’s!
