Moe was the technical who preformed the service call today on my HVAC purchased from Neal Harris in 2020. Moe was professional and cordial and thorough. The furnace is under the house (crawl space) which is a small area to work in. Moe had no problem! I appreciate his pleasant attitude and the complete and timely evaluation.
Our furnace stopped working in the middle of a snowstorm! AJ and Zach came out fast. Their communication was great every step of the way. They answered our questions and explained everything so we could understand it. Most importantly they restored heat quickly and gave us fair options for repair and replacements. Trust me, call these guys and don’t try to fix anything yourself. They are professionals and I have peace of mind and a warm home again.
HVAC technician Ryan Rizo solved a problem with my thermostat. He offered to do a furnace Tune up a week ahead of schedule, while he was there. He was very thourogh and shared the issues about my furnace. Great job, great tune up.
